When I met up with Chris Brogan (not Leonard the video) at Blogworld with past week in Las Vegas, he was kind enough to talk to me about the all new importance customer service has with social media exploding.

He talks about the best ways for companies to get trust and put a human face on their business is to offer great customer service.

Chris says that customer service should not be looked at as a necessary expense but part of the heart and soul of the business.
