Jason Falls: Brands Need to Listen Everywhere!

When I met up with Jason Falls fromĀ Social Media Explorer at Blogworld he told me that because of social media, you need to do customer service now everywhere. You have to take your service to your customer and don’t force them to come to you. Jason advises brands to be listening everywhere.
