Relax! Great Service, 10 Years Later

Ten years ago when I sold my company, I bought myself a very comfortable office chair.  It was expensive, but I felt it was worth it.

Fast forward to ten years later, one of the arms on the chair broke this week.  I brought the arm of the chair back to Robyn and Marci’s Relax The Back in Chicago where I bought it.  Five minutes later, I had the new plastics inserts to fix the chair plus they gave me a screw driver.  Total cost : $0.

Now that’s a guarantee and that’s customer service.  How long would you dare to stand behind your product?
